Abstract: This academic paper examines the state of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and darknet activities in Turkey and against Turkey in 2023. The study delves into the impact of global developments and current situations on Turkey’s intelligence structures. Additionally, it investigates allegations surrounding MI6’s supposed plan for Turkey in 2023, as well as the Turkish National Intelligence Organization’s 2022 Activity Report.
